Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Role: Jewellery Sales & Marketing Executive (On-Roll)

Sales:

To achieve individual sales targets by engaging with the customers, explaining the offerings of the store, assisting them in choosing the jewelry and completing the sales transactions.

• Receive the customer and engage with the customer to understand the customer’s requirement.
• Count the stock daily by managing the record of the opening stock and closing stock in the section allocated.
• Responsible for proper and attractive display of the products at the appropriate counter.
• Maintain safety of jewelry displayed to customers.
• Provide support to the marketing team for potential customer visits and exhibitions.
• Identify potential customers and refer them to the store.

Marketing:

• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Coordinate with digital marketing teams for social media posts, influencer tie-ups, and email campaigns.
• Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to represent the brand.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and market trends to support planning.

Skills Required :
- Ability to sell- Self motivated and driven by targets.- Excellent communication skills- Customer service skills

Location: Gandhipuram (Coimbatore)

Gender: Male with two wheeler & Valid License is mandatory.

*Local candidates around Gandhipuram location will be given first preference.

Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Passed* / Diploma Passed* / UG Degree

Experience: Sales & Marketing experience in Retail field

Salary Range: Rs.18,500 to Rs.25,000 (PF, ESI, Yearly Bonus will be provided) Monthly and Quarterly incentives will be provided

Free Room & Food Accommodation will be provided for non locals.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
