Key Responsibilities:
· Generate and develop new business opportunities in the automotive and engineering sectors.
· Manage relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Handle RFQs, prepare and submit quotations, and manage techno-commercial discussions.
· Coordinate with customer purchase and quality teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
· Follow up on orders, dispatches, and payments in coordination with internal departments.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit regular sales reports to management.
· Coordinate closely with production, quality, and logistics teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Any Graduate (Engineering background preferred but not mandatory).
· Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in a casting company / manufacturing
/ any other industry with B2B sales exposure.
· Excellent fluency in English (verbal & written) – mandatory.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Good presentation, reporting, and coordination skills.
· Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,088.19 - ₹30,000.00 per month
