Sales and Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand, services, and events. Your responsibilities will include a mix of field marketing activities and indoor marketing coordination to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness. In terms of field marketing activities, you will be involved in distributing pamphlets, brochures, and flyers in key target areas such as schools, colleges, coaching centers, and marketplaces. Additionally, you will coordinate and participate in stall setups, exhibitions, and local events to engage with the audience effectively. Displaying posters and banners strategically and conducting door-to-door or street-level brand awareness activities will also be part of your role. Building connections with local businesses, institutes, and influencers for promotional partnerships is a key aspect of your responsibilities. For lead generation and promotion, you will approach potential customers to explain our products/services, and collect their contact details for follow-up by the sales team. Promoting ongoing offers, discounts, or events in public areas will also be part of your tasks. In terms of reporting and coordination, you will be responsible for maintaining daily activity and lead generation reports. Sharing market feedback and competitor activity insights with the management team will help in shaping future marketing strategies. Coordination with the marketing team for creative material and campaign updates will be essential for the success of our marketing initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Having a basic understanding of marketing and sales techniques will be advantageous. Your ability to work in the field, travel locally, and be self-motivated, confident, and target-driven are qualities that will contribute to your success. While a minimum education of 12th pass is required, being a graduate is preferred. Prior experience in field marketing or sales will be beneficial.
