Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Electronics & CCTV Company: Kwality Tech Zone LLP Location: On-site – 116/1, SP Road, Thigalarpet, Dodpete, Nagarathpete, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560002 Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: Kwality Tech Zone LLP is looking for a motivated and responsible Sales & Marketing Executive to manage counter sales (retail & wholesale), respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, and assist in CCTV & electronics sales. Prior experience in electronics or CCTV sales is preferred. Candidates must be comfortable learning on the job, be proactive, and ready to handle both sales and basic tech responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Handle in-store sales for walk-in customers (retail & wholesale) Respond to customer queries and manage communication via WhatsApp Assist customers with CCTV and electronics product selection Provide basic product support and troubleshooting (self-learning expected) Update and manage product displays, pricing, and stock levels Engage in basic marketing tasks – product promotions, outreach, etc. Build strong customer relationships and ensure good service Maintain records of sales and customer interactions Requirements: Experience in sales (preferably in CCTV, electronics, or similar fields) Knowledge of CCTV, electronics, or willingness to learn independently Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (mandatory) Basic digital skills – WhatsApp, Google search, simple Excel, etc. Responsible, punctual, and customer-friendly Must be ready to work on-site full-time Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid sick time
