Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Avadi, Chennai for a Sales and Marketing Associate. The Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and managing customer relationships. Daily tasks include promoting our organic farms and resorts, handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and participating in training sessions. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns.

• Experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing
• Ability to provide Training and support to team members
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the hospitality or organic farming industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
