Sales and Marketing Assistant

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (Male Candidates Only) Location: Bathinda Branch Company: Irenic International Education Services Pvt Ltd Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Working Days: 6 Days a Week Experience Required: 1–3 Years Industry: Overseas Education / Immigration / EdTech Key Responsibilities: Actively promote the company’s overseas education services through direct and digital marketing. Generate leads through field visits, walk-ins, referrals, and social media outreach. Counsel and convert prospective students for various international study destinations. Execute marketing plans to drive footfall and inquiries. Conduct seminars, attend education fairs, and initiate tie-ups with local institutions. Follow up regularly with potential leads and maintain strong relationships with clients. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on marketing and sales performance. Requirements: Male candidates only (due to working hours and travel requirements). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or counseling roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and follow-up abilities. Field marketing experience is a must. Knowledge of the overseas education sector is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
