Sales and marketing activities

• Strategy development: Create and implement marketing plans and sales strategies, including branding and promotional activities.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
• Lead nurturing: Manage long sales cycles by nurturing leads and following up on inquiries, as steel sales often involve complex projects and contracts.
• Performance tracking: Monitor sales data and key metrics to ensure sales quotas are met, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with production, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely product delivery and address customer needs.

Required skills and knowledge

• Market research: Conduct market research on rival products and analyze market trends.
• Analytical skills: Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement.
• Communication skills: Effectively communicate with clients, media representatives, and internal teams.
