Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Chennai. The role involves driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the development of effective marketing strategies. The individual will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities and delivering high-quality customer service. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and maintain seamless interactions Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and surpass targets Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to create and execute marketing strategies Adaptability, teamwork, and organizational skills to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
