Sales and Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product reach across retail, wholesale, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with local retailers, distributors, and partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Promote seasonal and combo offers to increase volume sales.
• Conduct product sampling, in-store promotions, and local marketing campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide suggestions for improvements.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for social media and offline marketing creatives.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing/Sales or equivalent qualification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should possess smart selling techniques and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of local market behavior and customer psychology.
• Ability to think creatively and drive on-ground promotions and campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Passion for traditional food products is a bonus!
