Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Lead Generation Specialist located in the North East, Guwahati. The Sales and Lead Gen Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and managing sales campaigns. The specialist will work closely with the team to achieve company sales targets and will also be involved in training new sales staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Training and mentoring sales staff
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in the psychology or mental wellness industry is a plus
