Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Lead Gen Specialist located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Sales and Lead Gen Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating sales leads, conducting outreach, and managing customer relationships. Additional tasks include providing training and support to clients, implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The specialist will work closely with the sales management team to achieve organizational goals and contribute to the growth of Emo Matrix.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide Training and support to clients and team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the psychology or mental health industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field
