Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and articulate individuals to join our team as health care sales and customer support in the healthcare insurance domain. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a presence of mind, and the ability to choose words carefully while engaging with clients. This role is only open for experienced professionals, with tailored expectations for each.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and explain various healthcare insurance and education offerings to prospective clients.
• Engage with clients through calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings to understand their needs and guide them effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Convert inquiries into enrolments or sales through persuasive and informed communication.
• Stay updated with industry trends in healthcare and education.

Eligibility Criteria: Only for Experienced Candidates eligilble

• Experience Required: 1-3 years in any of the following domains:
• Healthcare insurance
• Sales (especially in insurance or healthcare)
• Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of healthcare and insurance products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sharp presence of mind and thoughtful word choice
• Proven ability to handle client objections and convert leads
• Availability: Immediate joiners only
