Role & responsibilities We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation. In this role, you will identify potential clients, develop strategies, generate paid leads, and build lasting relationships to expand Z-Aksys' presence in the market. Job description Strong Sales and Negotiation skills Experience in Digital Marketing, PPC Campaigns, etc will be recommended Lead Generation and Client Relationship Management experience Excellent Communication and Presentation skills Ability to understand and articulate technical information Proficiency in CRM software , Lead Management Software and Microsoft Office Suite Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields Exp. working with Corporates / Banks Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Management: Develop and execute strategies for generating paid leads using platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital marketing channels. Track, analyse, and optimise lead generation campaigns to ensure high ROI. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects across industries. Sales and Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and present tailored solutions that align with their business needs. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-ups to close deals. Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth through strategic business development. Digital Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad campaigns, landing pages, and sales materials. Leverage SEO, SEM, and social media strategies to identify and attract potential customers. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their evolving needs and offering tailored solutions. Market Research and Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations to identify new opportunities. Provide actionable insights to refine sales and marketing strategies. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Project Management, and Product Development, to align sales and digital marketing efforts. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and lead generation campaigns for management. Qualifications and Skills: 3-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing, preferably in the tech or digital solutions sector. Proven expertise in managing and optimising paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in data analytics for tracking and improving sales and lead generation performance. Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to contribute to business growth.
