Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs, preferences, and target audience. Client Servicing: Provide exceptional client service by effectively communicating project timelines, deliverables, and progress updates. Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience demographics, and competitors for content development. SEO Optimisation: Integrate relevant keywords throughout the content to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic. Editing and Proofreading: Ensure all content is accurate, consistent with the client's brand voice, and free of errors. Collaboration: Work closely with the design and development teams to create visually appealing and strategically effective content. Content Analytics: Track content performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates) and provide insights to optimise future content strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a content writer with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional writing skills and a diverse range of content samples. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing principles. Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritise tasks effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience in client servicing or account management. Working knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
