Job Description

As a Sales and Admissions Executive at the Edtech startup offering online courses, your role will involve driving the growth of the business through effective sales and marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the entire admissions sales cycle, from lead generation to closing admissions - Providing advisory services on courses, particularly flagship programs like IB and mathematics - Interfacing with students and parents to understand their requirements and design programs accordingly - Demonstrating a decisive, efficient team approach with outstanding communication skills and customer relationship management - Providing administrative support for admissions, including invoicing and monthly MIS reports - Utilizing analytics and data to measure and optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates - Ensuring strict adherence to response and resolution timelines for queries - Maintaining relationships with career counselors, managing events in collaboration with them, and ensuring a steady pipeline - Coordinating strategic workshops and consultations - Leading the implementation and management of CRM systems, as well as maintaining lead databases - Managing leave, attendance, and invoicing for instructors Qualifications required for this role include: - A Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or experienced professionals with a bachelor's degree and exceptional academic track record - Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills - Quick ability to identify, focus, and execute pivotal priorities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience with analytics and data-driven decision making - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Self-motivated and driven to succeed If you are passionate about sales and interested in working for a fast-growing Edtech startup, we encourage you to apply by sending your resume to yogeshdhingra@courseleap.org.,
