Job Description

Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective students via calls and WhatsApp to guide them through admissions. Invite leads to the center for counseling and convert inquiries into enrollments. Manage the existing lead funnel and actively build a stronger pipeline. Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets through strategic follow-ups. Build trust and address queries from prospective students and parents. Maintain accurate records of lead status and progress. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: Business development: 1 year (Preferred) Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English and Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
