As a highly motivated Sales Compensation & Data Analyst at Unity Technologies, you will be a trusted advisor to the global sales team, contributing valuable expertise to advance Unity's global mission. You will play a crucial role in the Sales Operations team, specializing in sales compensation administration. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will enhance workflows, maintain data quality, and derive actionable insights to boost business performance. Here's what you can expect in this role: **Role Overview:** - Evaluate and align commission plans with company revenue goals and sales strategy for enhancing employee motivation, talent retention, and global program efficiency. - Build strong relationships, encourage open dialogue, and offer innovative solutions to real-time issues. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary liaison for the Global Sales Team on Sales Variable Compensation Plans, ensuring clear communication and resolution of compensation-related inquiries. - Administer global sales compensation programs, manage ICM system, calculate commissions, analyze performance, and drive enablement initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, improve processes, and design sales compensation dashboards for actionable insights. - Support the annual sales planning cycle by developing and analyzing commission models to align incentives with company objectives. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong modeling, data visualization, and dashboarding skills to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Self-motivated with a sense of ownership, excelling in cross-functional and collaborative environments. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools like BigQuery, Looker, and Coefficient. - Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce (SFDC). - Previous experience in a Sales Compensation role is highly preferred.
