About the role:

Sales Analyst

You'll play a key role in understanding what drives conversions, where leads drop off, and how we can push our revenue numbers higher - all while working closely with cross functional team.

If you get a kick out of dashboards, experiments, and actionable insights - this role's for you.

What You'll do:

  • Track & Measure:

    Build and maintain live dashboards that capture what's really happening across leads, sales, and revenue.
  • Analyse:

    Dive deep into data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and growth opportunities - and help forecast what's next.
  • Optimize:

    Audit CRM hygiene, streamline reporting, and support automation that helps the sales team focus on selling, not spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate:

    Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to make data-backed decisions that actually move the needle.
  • Report & Recommend:

    Turn numbers into stories - clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.

What you'll bring:

  • 12 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
  • Strong with Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with tools like Freshsales, Clevertap, Airtable etc.
  • Analytical mindset - you love slicing data to find stories and patterns.
  • Comfort with ambiguity - you like figuring things out rather than waiting for perfect processes.
  • Excellent communication skills - you can translate data into plain English and real action.

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or consumer startups.
  • Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Hands-on with automation or workflow tools to speed up sales ops.
  • Love for travel and community-led experiences; you get why people travel solo, together.
