Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Under-Graduate / MBA (Pursuing) (Sales & Marketing preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Marketing Executive / Site Visit Executive who can handle client interaction, property site visits, and lead follow-ups effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily client calling and lead follow-up.
• Arranging and conducting site visits with clients.
• Explaining project details, offers, and benefits to customers.
• Coordinating with the sales and marketing team.
• Maintaining client records and reporting daily activities to the manager.
• Promoting company projects through social media and offline marketing.

Skills Required:

• Good communication & convincing skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional behavior.
• Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred).
• Own vehicle and smartphone (mandatory).
• Willing to travel for site visits within the city.
