We are hiring a high-energy, target-driven Sales Executive for a hardcore sales & outbound cold calling role. If you are confident, persuasive, resilient, and have experience handling premium clients, this role is for you.
This is a pure performance-based environment where your communication skills and closing ability directly impact your earnings and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers
Pitch products/services confidently and close sales
Handle customer objections and ensure successful conversions
Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate call & sales records
Deliver high-quality customer interactions matching International-level standards.
Follow all compliance, quality & process guidelines
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 6 months of hardcore sales / cold calling experience
Graduation is compulsory (No undergraduates)
Excellent spoken English & communication skills
Strong negotiation & closing skills
Comfortable working with strict targets & pressure
Willing to work in a performance-driven environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in International BPO / Premium Sales Campaigns
Proven high performer in outbound sales
Immediate joiners preferred
