Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads provided by the company
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
  • Present project details clearly and confidently during calls and meetings
  • Conduct property site visits with clients and explain all features and benefits
  • Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals successfully
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management
  • Maintain CRM data, follow-up records, and daily activity updates
  • Coordinate with builders, channel partners, and internal teams for smooth transactions
  • Stay updated on market trends, new inventory, and competitor offerings
