We’re looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential students and professionals, helping them enroll in our comprehensive mobile repair courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and provide information about our training programs.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable courses.
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and enrollment targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead conversion rates.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ year in telecalling, customer service, or a related role (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
• A friendly and persuasive attitude with the ability to handle rejection.
