You Will Commercial Growth Strategy & Execution 30% Shape and deliver an ambitious commercial growth strategy across the region, targeting significant revenue uplift, market share expansion, and margin gains. Identify and exploit underdeveloped market opportunities, challenger positions, and disruptive entry points. Translate strategy into agile operational & commercial excellence plans that drive measurable commercial performance at pace. This role will be pivotal in implementing the ABS strategy and delivering two of our four strategic priorities: commercial excellence and business transformation. Sales Acceleration & Performance Delivery 25% Set bold revenue and growth targets across all markets & desired segments, with clear accountability for delivery against KPIs. Lead sales activation plans, pipeline acceleration, and customer conversion strategies to drive rapid results. Monitor and course-correct in real time to maintain momentum and exceed commercial targets.
