Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

Backend (Python + Flask)

• Develop and maintain

  RESTful APIs

  using Flask.
• Implement secure authentication (JWT) and authorization logic.
  
• Design and optimize

  MongoDB

  collections, schemas, and queries.
• Write modular backend logic including services, controllers, and utilities.
  
• Integrate external APIs and perform data processing.
  
• Ensure API reliability, error handling, and proper documentation (Swagger/Postman).
  
• Write unit tests and follow clean coding practices.

• Perform research and find the best implementation approaches when unsure.

Frontend (React + Vite + Tailwind CSS)

• Build responsive, high-performance UI screens using

  React + Vite

  .
• Create reusable components, forms, tables, and dashboards.
  
• Implement state management using Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
  
• Integrate frontend with REST APIs using Axios/Fetch.
  
• Handle routing, protected routes, and client-side validation.
  
• Ensure pixel-perfect UI, mobile responsiveness, and clean UX.

• Follow best practices through research and learning.
  
• Optimize application for performance and scalability.
  
• Collaborate in an agile environment and follow best development practices.
  
• Communicate clearly, document work, and participate in technical discussions.
  

Required Skills

Must Have

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Python + Flask

• Strong hands-on experience with

  React, Vite, Tailwind CSS

• Solid understanding of

  RESTful API development

• Proficiency in

  MongoDB

  (schemas, indexing, aggregation)
• Familiarity with JWT authentication and RBAC
  
• Experience integrating third-party services/APIs
  
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker
  
• Cloud deployment knowledge (AWS / DigitalOcean / Render)
  
• Familiarity with WebSockets (real-time updates)
  
• Experience with background tasks (Celery/Redis)
  
• Prior experience in SaaS or web-based platforms
