Sailpoint - Technical Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sailpoint - Technical Project Manager located in Hyderabad. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of projects, overseeing program management, leading project teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role involves analyzing project requirements, managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projectsare deliveredon-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuringtechnical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)
• Hands on agile methodologies especially scrum / kanban based execution
• Should be hands on in Jira
• Ensuring consistent delivery quality across all streams of work
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management tominimizeproject risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements

• Great educational background,preferablyin the fields of computer science or engineeringfortechnical project managers
• Proven working experience as a project administratorin the information technology sector
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internalcommunication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• Having experience in any IAM system especially SailPoint related product implementation and support will be a great positive.
