👤 Who We're Looking For:

1. 3–10 years of hands-on IAM experience, with strong SailPoint expertise and SailPoint certifications
2. Deep understanding of identity lifecycle, RBAC, SoD, and compliance frameworks
3. Strong communication and client-facing skills
4. Good documentation skills (requirements, technical design, architecture, test scripts, etc)

💼 What You’ll Do:

1. Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud solutions
2. Lead client engagements
3. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership
