Job Description

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced

SailPoint IAM Developer

to design, develop, and implement

Identity and Access Management (IAM)

solutions that align with business and technology requirements. You will be responsible for building and optimizing IAM processes on the

SailPoint IIQ 8.x

platform, integrating systems via APIs, and ensuring secure, efficient identity governance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement IAM solutions using
SailPoint IIQ 8.x
.
Develop and consume
Web Services APIs
to enhance interoperability and system functionality.
Create and optimize
SailPoint workflows
to meet business requirements.
Lead quality control and assurance activities, including test plan/script development and execution.
Maintain detailed technical documentation, source code repositories, and policy records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IAM solutions that meet security and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3-6 years of IAM development experience, with strong focus on
SailPoint
(57 years preferred).
Proficiency in
Java
,
BeanShell
,
JavaScript
,
JSP/Servlets
,
PowerShell
,
UNIX/Linux
, and
XML
.
Strong knowledge of IAM processes and security best practices.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing projects and defining performance metrics.
