Additional Skills and Experience:

IAM Principles and Technologies: A strong understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and technologies.
Programming Languages: Experience with programming languages like Java can be beneficial, especially when integrating with other systems.
Security Knowledge: Knowledge of security policies, standards, and procedures.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues. SailPoint Certifications: SailPoint certifications, such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer is preferred.
Experience with other IAM platforms (e.g. Okta): Experience with other IAM platforms can be a plus.
