PrimarySailPoint IIQ using WebServices connector, JDBC connector, IAM

Secondary skillsServiceNow ITSM tool and automation on user requests

SailPoint integration BA

Proven skills and experienced knowledge in Identity & Access Management, and in particular Access management
Good Exposure to in SailPoint IIQ using WebServices connector, JDBC connector and other Out of the Box connectors offered by SailPoint for application onboarding
Good Hands of experience in user access administration model on business applications
Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM tool and automation on user requests access provisioning with SailPoint
Good hands on experience in managing transition of User Access Management activities from Business to Centralised Access Management team
Effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders to understand the integration business case, gather documentation and plan the execution
Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written, ability to explain key IAM concepts clearly
Good knowledge in project planning and risk management
Escalation Management and Stakeholder engagement
