Konkan Explorers is multi award-winning nautical tour operator in India and Goa. We conduct Cruise Yacht Charters, water sports activities like Kayaking, Sailing, SUP.

Our aim is to provide a rich yachting and nautical sports experience, for relaxation, exploration, and discovery. We are honored that "The Goa Tourism Development Corporation" GTDC has awarded Konkan Explorers an Exclusive Partnership to conceptualize and develop Responsible Nautical Activities for the State of Goa. Requirements:

• Strong swimmer
• Physically fit with good hygiene
• Can follow safety and operational instructions
• Speak basic Hindi or English
• Marine certifications (if any) are a plus – please share copies

Job Role:

• Assist on boats during cruises & kayaking trails
• Maintain vessels and equipment
• Ensure guest safety
• Support daily work onboard and at base
