Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Oversee the implementation and maintenance of application security measures to protect sensitive data and systems. Provide expertise in Sailpoint FAS to ensure robust identity and access management. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle. Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards. Train and mentor team members on security protocols and best practices. Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously enhance our security posture. Work closely with stakeholders to understand security requirements and implement effective solutions. Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to application security. Provide detailed reports and presentations on security findings and recommendations to management. Support the development and implementation of security awareness programs for employees.
