Safety Trainer

Role Overview: As a Safety Trainer based in Delhi/NCR, your main responsibility will be to provide on-ground support to clients for the successful implementation of safety culture initiatives in various locations within the assigned state. This role will involve frequent client interaction, delivering training sessions, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams. Expect this position to require extensive travel, up to 50% of the time. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation of safety culture. - Conduct site visits and deliver safety training sessions in both English and the local language. - Assist in organizing competency-building workshops for executives and contract workmen. - Address client concerns effectively and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues. - Gather feedback from clients and propose enhancements to training modules and support resources. - Maintain transparent communication channels and provide regular progress updates. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in the oil & gas industry. - Must hold a degree in Science or Engineering (Diploma not mandatory). - Proficiency in English, Hindi, the local language, and presentation skills is essential for Safety Trainer candidates. - Previous exposure to client-facing roles involving implementation, support, or training. - Background knowledge in safety systems/processes or Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) is preferred. - Experience in project coordination or stakeholder management would be advantageous.
