Job Description

  • Develop site specific HSE Plans and programs based on Risk regulatory requirement
  • Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and job safety analysis
  • Conduct Safety Audit and reviews by Internal team by External teams
  • Maintain safety standards on site as per the approved safety plan by the client
  • Emergency Preparedness to safeguard against possible emergencies/ hazards
  • Conducting Training pertaining to Health Safety.
  • Review Task Risk Assessment and job Safety Analysis.
  • Should provide safety training to all staff concerned at site and office
  • Should collect all safety-related documents from site on a weekly basis.
  • Ensuring site execution in accordance with quality, safety environmental standards
  • Maintaining records of work executed
  • Monitor work permit system and its compliance on a regular basis
  • Coordinate for safety study and upgrade/revise HSE documents as and when required
  • Reporting of incident investigation system, RCA (root cause analysis)
  • Conduct trainings, mock drills and audits on fire prevention, fire protection, firefighting systems and emergency preparedness at site.
  • Schedule Inspection systems, Carry out general specific safety inspections and audits of different plants areas wrt fire safety
  • Candidate from solar and wind background will added advantage will be preferred.
