Job Description

Main Areas of Responsibilities:

Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols, including PPE usage for every individual on-site.

Conduct regular safety inspections and document findings, including corrective and preventative recommendations with timely follow-ups.
Manage and deliver toolbox talks and safety training programs for employees, including onboarding of new hires.
Maintain accurate safety documentation, including logs, records, training attendance, and monthly MIS reporting.
Actively participate in reporting, reviewing, and supporting incident investigations, including emergency mock drills.

Experience, Skills and Abilities Required:
Experience: Worked 4 to 6 years in high rise buildings, handled at-least 1 project from excavation stage to 80% level.Education: Bachelors degree/DiplomaTechnical: Safety Diploma from national Institute for Fire Safety, NIBOSH IGC.Certification: Skill set with IT applications – Preferred
