Safety Supervisor

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the construction and manufacturing phases of the ETP plant. This includes identifying potential hazards in civil, mechanical, and electrical work areas, performing Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and managing the Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) process. Additionally, you will oversee day-to-day site activities to guarantee safe execution, implement and manage the Permit to Work (PTW) system for high-risk activities, and conduct training sessions for workers and contractors. Your role will also involve reporting, investigating, and documenting incidents, maintaining safety records, and ensuring the proper usage and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all site personnel. Collaboration with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to enforce safe practices will be essential.
