Safety Site Incharge

As a Safety Site Incharge/HSE Officer for a high-rise building construction project, your role will involve ensuring the implementation of all safety protocols on the construction site. You will be responsible for conducting daily safety inspections, performing Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), and rectifying unsafe conditions immediately. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring compliance with OSHA, NBC, IS Codes, and local safety regulations. - Maintaining safety reports, checklists, PTW (Permit to Work), and toolbox talk records. - Conducting daily toolbox talks for workers and supervisors. - Implementing fire safety, evacuation plans, and emergency response procedures. - Coordinating with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors for safety compliance. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - 6+ years of experience in high-rise building construction, with a strong understanding of scaffolding safety, working-at-height safety, lifting operations, and equipment safety. - Educational qualifications such as B.Tech/B.Sc in Engineering/Science and a Diploma in Industrial Safety/Safety Management. - Strong incident reporting and analysis skills, excellent communication, and training abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic safety documentation tools.
