Job Description

As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of safety protocols and procedures within the organization. Your role will involve actively promoting a safe work environment and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Diploma or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering. You should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of safety practices and regulations. Your duties will include conducting regular safety inspections, identifying potential hazards, and developing strategies to mitigate risks. You will also be responsible for providing safety training to employees and promoting a safety-conscious culture throughout the organization. In this role, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams will be essential.
