Job Description

Monitor daily site activities and ensure strict compliance with safety standards and procedures.
Conduct safety inductions and tool-box talks for all site workers and visitors.
Identify potential hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Inspect tools, machinery, scaffolding, lifting equipment, and PPE to ensure safe usage.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
Maintain proper documentation, including safety checklists, inspection reports, and permits to work (PTW).
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and HSE managers to enforce safety policies.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations like Factories Act, OSHA, or other local labor laws.
Display safety signage and ensure fire-fighting equipment and emergency protocols are in place and accessible.
Support environmental compliance efforts such as waste management and pollution control on-site.
