Qualification :
❖ Degree or Diploma from reputed college in any branch with a specialization in ESH or in Safety. Experience:
❖ Minimum 3 years as Safety Engineer/Supervisor in telecom field.
Skill:
❖ Communication skill❖ Dealing with other stakeholders and labor.❖ Influencing skillKnowledge:❖ Telecom knowledge.
❖ Expert in ESH.
❖ Knowledge of telecom and other industries ESH best practices.
❖ Should be able to read and understand the drawings
❖ Should know the build process.
Salary band :
❖ Between Rs 32 K to 45K per month or average 3.0L per annum.Age:❖ Preferable 29 to 40 Years.
Location:
❖ Has to work on build site anywhere in the state..Key Responsibilities :1. Interaction with customer and in house teams.
2. Ensure no ESH violation at Site.
3. No penalty on account of safety.
4. Educate team to adhere to laid down ESH norms to avoid any incident.
5. Monitoring and review to re-enforce safety norms are strictly followed by teams.
6. Create ESH awareness amongst the team.
