Safety Officer

As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment within a manufacturing setup, particularly in a large Power Plant with a capacity of more than 500 MW. Your primary duties will include analyzing, evaluating, and eliminating accidents, implementing safety systems, conducting Hazop studies, creating emergency evacuation plans, and fostering a culture of safety within the company. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Diploma in Industrial Health and Safety and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Your expertise in industrial safety practices will be crucial in identifying potential hazards, making necessary corrections, and promoting a safe work environment for all employees. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
