Experience - 7 Years in Safety Field from FMCG & Beverages CompanySalary - 40,000 to 50,000 Per MonthQualification - Graduation & Post GraduationJob ResponsibilitiesHealth, Safety & Environment? Lead accident/injuries investigation by evaluating and analyzing accident reports, workman's compensation claims,data for related trends to establish root cause analysis to prepare recommendations for preventions.? Designed the monitoring of workplace environments by analyzing work operations and processes,materials,equipment and work habitsof employees, incident reporting ,standard operating procedures(SOP) and maintaining training records and effectivelymanaging CAPA? Designed and implemented systematic safety inspections/audit to detect hazards and unsafe conditions to ensure compliance withgovernmental regulations and corporate EHS policies.? Conducted routine audits, inspections, risk assessments, developed corrective actions to mitigate or control risks by assuringHealth and Safety of employee and regulatory compliance.? Effectively managing activities related to issue work permit for Work at height, Electrical Work permit, Lockout &Tag out&ensureallguidelinesarefollowed.EnsuringadherencetothePPE,HearingConservation,FireControl,MachineGuarding,Local ExhaustVentilation, Flammable liquid. Hazardous Material, Material Handling Equipment,Lift Truck, Warehouse Safety.? Monitor and maintain effective Fire Fighting system(Fire Hydrant, firstaid fire Fighting Equipments (Fire Extinguishers, FireBuckets etc.) within the premises as per the statutory provisions.? PerformHSEinductiontrainingfornewcomersandperformemergencyplanningandpreparedness.? Managed Hazardous waste program and maintained required documentations, perform regular inspectionsof operations,maintenance activities and provided directions to continuing environmental compliance.Statutory Compliances:? Exposure of statutory compliances under various labor legislations .i.e. ESIC, E PF,Fire&Safety,Pollution, LabourWelfare-fund ,Employment Exchange, First Aid,Interstate Migrant Workmen returns, Mediclaims, EPF,ESIC deathClaims, Professional Tax etc?
