1. Ensuring workplace safety in line with statutory and company requirements
2. Identify unsafe (acts, conditions), and near miss incidents.
3. Analyze and prepare reports and ensure corrective actions
4. Conducting safety induction and training programs for all level employees
5. Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and periodic inspection of fire extinguishers
6. Maintaining safety records, permits and documentations.
1. Develop, implement and monitor emergency preparedness plans.
2. Conducting mock drills, and ensure readiness of emergency equipment and PPE.
3. Maintain and update ISO-related records and documentations.
1.Follow up and liasioning and with statutory authorities such as TNPCB, Tamil Nadu Water Resources Department, Fire and Rescue Department, and DISH (Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health)
2.Support inspection, audits and statutory visits
