Role & responsibilities Workplace Safety and Training- 1. Ensuring workplace safety in line with statutory and company requirements 2. Identify unsafe (acts, conditions), and near miss incidents. 3. Analyze and prepare reports and ensure corrective actions 4. Conducting safety induction and training programs for all level employees 5. Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and periodic inspection of fire extinguishers 6. Maintaining safety records, permits and documentations. Emergency Preparedness and Response- 1. Develop, implement and monitor emergency preparedness plans. 2. Conducting mock drills, and ensure readiness of emergency equipment and PPE. 3. Maintain and update ISO-related records and documentations. Statutory compliance and Liasioning- 1.Follow up and liasioning and with statutory authorities such as TNPCB, Tamil Nadu Water Resources Department, Fire and Rescue Department, and DISH (Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health) 2.Support inspection, audits and statutory visits

GST Compliance- 1.Reconciliation of GSTR-2B with financial records and preparation of monthly ITC data for GSTR-3B return. 2.Follow up with GST vendors who are non-filers and ensure availability of GST ITC. Accounts and Audit- 1.Preparation of schedules relating to fixed assets and account payable. 2.Organizing physical verification of Fixed Assets and its reconciliation and adjustment.
