• Ensure the company complies with all occupational safety laws and regulations (e.g., OSHA, local building codes).
  
• Stay updated with changes in laws and safety standards.
  
• Liaise with regulatory bodies during audits or inspections.

• Develop and test emergency response plans (e.g., fire, evacuation, medical).
  
• Conduct emergency drills.
  
• Ensure first aid kits and fire extinguishers are in place and accessible.
