Safety Engineer (Electrical)

• Works with coordinator to impose procedures and system for more efficiency and better quality.
• Imposes and monitors all health, safety and environment activities to ensure that the agreed safety and loss prevention standards are fully implemented and properly followed.
• Acts as the Firm/Project representative on health and safety environment (HSE) matters for coordinating and conducting weekly site inspections.
• Attends weekly comprehensive company progress client meeting.
• Undertakes daily HSE inspection ensuring follow-up and rectification of detected irregularities and report the same to the Project Manager.
• Reviews the HSE manual and all health, safety and environment related documentation, including method of statements, work permit procedures and safety equipment requisitions to ensure compliance with established standards and updates all firms/clients established policies to support HSE programs
