Safety Consultant

As an experienced industrial safety professional, you'll need 5 to 10 years of intensive, hands-on experience in industrial safety, preferably from a large-scale factory, a high-hazard plant, or a significant construction site. Your educational background should include a degree in engineering, although a bachelor's or master's degree in science is also acceptable. Having a safety certification such as a full-time diploma from a reputable institution like RLI/CLI or a one-year postgraduate diploma in safety from another recognized institution would be a plus, but not mandatory. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as you'll be interacting with clients as an auditor and consultant. Maintaining a professional and presentable demeanor is key in this role. You must possess a solid foundation in safety principles, which will be evaluated during the interview process. Candidates based in Kolkata or the National Capital Region (NCR) are preferred, but applicants from Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai will also be considered. Given the nature of the role, significant travel is required, averaging 10 to 15 days per month.
