Experience - 7+ Years

10+ years experience.
Proficient programming and technical skills in Core ABAP on HANA, CDS, OData.
Expertise in RICEFW developments
Write efficient and high-quality maintainable code with standards defined within organisation.
Should have experience in new programming model and latest development techniques on S/4HANA platform.
Able to transfer business requirements into realizable technical and create Technical design & architecture documents.
Hands-on experience with SAP tools (Plan viz, SAT, STAD, SCMON) for performance evaluation and optimization is desired.
Well-versed with SOLMAN (CHARM Process) and ATC for Code quality.
Fiori, HANA XSA and WebIDE experience is good to have.
Knowledge of Financial domain, BPC and embedded BW is desired.
Able to collaborate with other teams within the bank to drive the SAP technical solution with different stakeholders (business, functional, cross-technology teams)
Develop, enhance, and implement solutions for performance optimization and ensure standards in design and implementation.
Able to participate in all phases of project lifecycle from requirement gathering, design, build and deploy.
Act as technical expert to govern the developments towards high standards and ensure no operational impact during transportation of objects.
Manage Critical issues to handle in a quick turnaround time to ensure business continuity by providing technical fixes
Team player and coordinate work with other module leads/consultants.
Be part of S/4 HANA upgrade requirements and overall road map preparation and execution.
