S/4 Hana Embedded Analytics ( Consultant / Associate Manager )

Role & responsibilities

1. S/4 Hana Embedded Analytics  -

• We are seeking a highly skilled S/4HANA Embedded Analytics Developer with good experience in SAP BW/HANA to design, develop, and implement real-time analytical solutions using SAPs embedded analytics framework. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CDS Views, Fiori Elements, and Analytical Queries within the S/4HANA environment, and the ability to work with both technical and business teams to deliver scalable reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Understand SAP BW/HANA environment, Transformation logic, ETL , Data loading. Design and develop Core Data Services (CDS) views (basic, composite, consumption) with annotations for analytics and UI
• Build Analytical Queries using Query Browser and Custom Analytical Queries app in S/4HANA.
• Develop KPI Tiles, Smart Business Apps, and Overview Pages using Fiori Elements. Translate business requirements into technical design documents (FDDs, TDDs)
• Collaborate with functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Sales, etc.) to gather reporting needs.
• Optimize performance of analytical models using best practices in S/4HANA. Ensure secure access to analytical reports via authorization objects and CDS roles
• Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide knowledge transfer and training to end users and support teams.
• 5–10 years of SAP development experience, with at least 4+ years in S/4HANA Embedded Analytics and 2+ years in SAP BW/HANA environment.
• Strong expertise in: Core Data Services (CDS) Views, ABAP for CDS, Annotations (@UI, @Analytics, @OData.publish), Fiori Elements & Smart Business, SAP Query Browser & Custom Analytical Queries
• Familiarity with data sources like ACDOCA, MATDOC, and standard CDS views (I_* interfaces)
• Good understanding of S/4HANA table structures and virtual data model (VDM). Knowledge of SAP Fiori Launchpad and role-based access
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
