Job Description

As a RUST Support Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be expected to have strong knowledge in Rust language with a proficient debugging and analysis skillset to effectively debug AWS Cloud based applications and integrations written in Rust. With a minimum of 5 to 7 years of support and development experience in Rust, you should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to lead customer discussions confidently. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your strong knowledge in Rust language for debugging and analyzing AWS Cloud based applications and integrations - Lead discussions with customers effectively - Demonstrate good communication skills Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 to 7 years of support and development experience in Rust - Proficiency in debugging and analyzing AWS Cloud based applications and integrations written in Rust - Excellent communication skills It would be advantageous to have knowledge in the Retail Domain, specifically focusing on foundational data such as item, pricing, and inventory. Additionally, understanding support processes including incident management, problem analysis, and change implementation in production would be beneficial. Familiarity with other languages like React JS, .NET Core, and Python is considered a plus.,
