Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend components and micro frontends using Rust and WebAssembly (WASM).

• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create performant, secure, and scalable web applications.

• Integrate Rust-based components with JavaScript/TypeScript frontends and REST/gRPC APIs.

• Work with backend services, data models, and APIs as part of a full-stack development workflow.

• Optimize application performance and ensure smooth interoperability between Rust and frontend frameworks.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in web application development. • 1–2 years hands-on experience with Rust, specifically for WebAssembly (WASM) frontend development.

• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Yew, or Leptos preferred).

• Experience with Rust build tools such as cargo, wasm-pack, or trunk.

• Familiarity with frontend build systems and package managers (Vite, Webpack, npm, pnpm, etc.).

• Good understanding of web security, API integration, and state management.

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with full-stack Rust frameworks (e.g., Axum, Actix Web, Rocket).

• Understanding of Web Components, GraphQL, or WebSockets.

• Familiarity with cloud-native environments (Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless deployments).

• Exposure to UI frameworks written in Rust (like Yew, Dioxus, or Sycamore).
